Kappa Sigma is currently hiring Area Recruitment Managers for 2018-2019. Employment will begin in late May 2018. Graduating seniors and recently graduated alumni are strongly encouraged to apply.

About the position:

From June to July, candidates will work and live in Charlottesville, VA, for training. After Leadership Conference, candidates will move back to their designated areas. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to work for the Fraternity and network with undergraduates and alumni.  The ARM position has incredible earning potential and benefits.
 

Looking for Brothers who:

Are self-motivated and highly organized.
Are passionate about traveling the country for Kappa Sigma.
Comfortable speaking in front of large groups.
Have demonstrated results in rush or other leadership positions.
 

Skills/Qualifications:

Candidates are required to travel extensively.
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree.
Must have a valid Driver’s License.
